This home has been built with the following changes.

1. The Bonus Room is now the 4th bedroom with a walk-in closet and access to the added 3rd bath.
2. Bedroom 3 also has access to the new 3rd bath.
3. The Master Bedroom has been moved to the front of the home and the Master Bath has been moved to the back.
4. The Den/Bedroom 4 is now the walk-in closet for the Master Bedroom. A gas fireplace has been added to the Master Bedroom and a deck for views of Lake Michigan and the community pool area.
5. The home is a mirror image with the garage on the left for better Lake Michigan views.
6. The basement will be finished with a large recreation room and a fullbath.
